My name is Carla and the other half is Rusty. We are located between Tulsa and Oklahoma City in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Home of Oklahoma State University & the Cowboys.
We work full time jobs like almost everybody else in the world. We have a small Exotic animal park. Give us a call to make a Reservation and come meet all the animals up close! We will give you a guided tour of all of our animals so you can learn a little bit about each and every one of them. You can also get in touch with us through our website or on Facebook.
We raise Fallow deer and Sika deer. We have a male Reeves Muntjac deer and will soon add a female by this fall. We have a couple African Crested Porcupines, a few Red Kangaroo with a brand new baby in the pouch! We have a pair of woodchuck and a few chipmunks. We also have Richardson ground squirrels , a bottle baby Dromedary camel named "Gilbert".
We also have several different types of birds. We have Bourke Parakeets, an African Gray, a Blue and Gold Macaw, Mutant pheasants, Yellow Golden and Red golden pheasants, Lady Amherst pheasants followed by our beautiful peafowl. Every farm has to own a few chickens and some turkey. We also have the three largest birds in the world, a Rhea, Emu and a Ostrich.
We have a beautiful Grant zebra mare "Tatar" that we acquired from a nice man in Kansas. Thanks to the Smith family for such a sweet baby girl.
Thanks to the Sappington Family for our first trio of Aoudads. We have added a few more girls and another male since then. We also appreciate the Blackbuck antelope does that we were able to get from the Hostetler family too. They are so beautiful and graceful. Rusty has been wanting some for a long time.
We have a Sphynx (hairless) cat named "Max", three dogs, two which are rescued from our local shelter. "Speedy" is a Italian greyhound, "Sugar" a Schnauzer and our Great Pyrenees guard dog "Sally". We also have a white European Polecat also known as a ferret. He was also rescued from a local shelter. His name is "Weasel".
We have a small herd of miniature Zebu cattle and a few spotted miniature donkeys and a mini mare named "Babe". As for the more exotic animals we have a pair of beautiful Gray foxes. They will eat out of your hand. We also have a few Patagonian cavies. These are neat little animals.
Last but not least, "Rowdy" and "Tori" our Ringtail lemurs. They have recently had the cutest pair of twins! They are such a joy to watch and feed. They are one of my favorites!
If you are thinking about an exotic animal like the foxes, chipmunks or woodchucks you should check with your Game Ranger. You may need to obtain a permit. They are not expensive or hard to get.
Hope you enjoy our pictures.
